After the 4 Feb 2025 update, Outlook New can't connect to my email provider

Everything was working fine until I saw the update finish.There have been no other changes.IMAP, SMTP and password info are correct.charter.net doesn't recognize the Outlook (New) login attempt.NOTE: This is a Windows 11 PC (4 months old). I can't, nor do I want to, go back to Outlook "Classic".I can login to my charter account and see my email (only). I have additional family accounts in Outlook (New).I am afraid of losing data (For a third time) because of this updated ***** program.Any suggestions?
