After taking screenshot on Windows 11 the open screenshot option is in Russian even though everything else is in Finnish.

After I take a screenshot below the "Screenshot copied to cut board" window is the "Open screenshot" option and that option is in Russian even though the window is in Finnish otherwise. I have Russian as a third language on my computer, I mean the keyboard.
