After sudden blue screen of death my laptop no longer plays audio consistently

I recently purchased this Alienware m16 r2 and set it up all by myself.Two days ago, while idle, my laptop gave me the blue screen. There was a weird buzzing noise, but I couldn't do anything. The blue screen disappeared after maybe 3 or 4 seconds and my laptop restarted as if normal.Ever since I cannot get audio to play.I have made sure to keep my laptop updated, I have updated my drivers repeatedly, I have worked with two Microsoft customer service folks, I have run troubleshoot after troubleshoot, I have searched through the device manager and control panel and task manager and system confi
