After SP3 Install Device Mnager Has Blank Display

After SP3 install device manager has blank display. Also killed my blue tooth
drivers and I am unable to reinstall them. SCSI scanner also quit working.
Any insights?
 
Free unlimited installation and compatibility support is available for
Windows XP, but only for Service Pack 3 (SP3), until 14 Apr-09. Chat and

Are you having or had have any Symantec "Norton" products running on
your machine?

All my systems are running with Systemworks 2005 and NAV installed and are
running fine on XP SP3 as the always where;)

fact is: about a hundred machines, so I think with some afford someone could
keep it running smooth;)
