After resetting pc, audio keeps freezing.

Recently wiped everything from my pc and reinstalled windows 11 and ever since my audio keeps freezing.For example when watching a video it will start buffering and audio freezes after 30 seconds. It stays frozen and silent until i change my volume, then it loads and goes back to normal.Tried downloading latest GPU drivers, audio drivers, video drivers and disabling unnecessary nvidia drivers but no luck. This happens in games and also on files directly on my pc.Also tried downloading windows11 again but no luck. Had no problems before.nearly cant use my pc because of this please help ;_;
