After removing/reinstalling my gpu drive, I get error 0xc0000098 on startup. Similar to a issue I had before

Hello,yesterday after having unrelated issues with my gpu I decided to remove and reinstall my gpu driver in safe mode.After that I triggered an issue I had before and solved thanks to this forum: a blue screen on startupFunny fact is that if I press f1 and go into recovery mode, the system then works normally until next startup.Hop you guys can help me again
