After reinstalling Windows 10 can´t find Spotify among programs(but it´s there)and unable to unistall it

Hello,I reinstalled Windows 10 with keeping my local files option so it kept installed programs and apps. Most of them I could find in the Settings-Apps and was able to un/reinstall it but Spotify wasn´t there although it´s still installed on my PC. I tried everything(also 3rd party software) to find and unistall it but nothing works, Windows don´t recognize it as an actual installed program. Can someone help me with this please?Thank you!
