After Primary email address is changed Outlook shows old email address in the folder pane

Hello

A users' Primary email address has been changed and she has signed into Office 365 Outlook with the new email address - all looks OK

But in Outlook her old email address still appears at the top of the list of items (Inbox etc) in the folder pane. And also emails from her still arrive at the recipient from the old address (which remains as an alias as recommended).

Any ideas?
