After performing a reset on my laptop, I can't sign in with my password anymore

After it started to lag, I performed the reset on the laptop with wiped the drive clean and reinstalled windows 10. But when I try to log in, the password that worked all this time, now doesn't. And when I type it in, it says "the user profile service failed to sign in. User profile cannot be loaded."
