After May 21 update PC not show NAS drive, and not show other PCs in home network

Hi,After last week update around date 5/12/21. my PC cannot connect to the NAS drive on network.I cannot connect to other PC in my home network. the PC not show in the other PC's on network.when i type the command arp /a I get only my PC IP's. but when i type it in all other PC's in the network i can see all the IP's not include the PC's with the update issue.
