After latest Windows Update, Traditional Chinese IME Will Randomly Toggle While Typing

As title, my Surface Laptop rebooted itself this week to install new updates, and after the reboot I'm starting to experience random toggles to Bopomofo while typing in English.For example, with the following settings:Windows 11 Home 23H2 22631.4751 Experience Pack 1000.22700.1055.0 Typing in a tab in Chrome 131.0.6778.265IME set to Traditional Chinese - Bopomofo and toggled to English by pressing ShiftAnd typing English contents like this one, the IME will randomly replace the starting letter of the word I'm typing with Bopomofo so if I type "test test test" I'll get something like "test ㄔest
