After last update, my 2k monitor looks like it is crashed (artefacts on whole screen)

After last update, my 2k monitor looks like it is crashed (artefacts on whole screen). But my second FullHD screen looks like good, whithout any problems. After turn off my 2k monitor and turn on again, problem disappears. What does it means and how can I fix it? I was reinstall driver for my graphic card (rtx4060)
