After laptop turn off because battery was drained, it’s very slow and triggers high CPU usage

Hi,I brought my MSI laptop with Intel i9 chip on a plane with me. After doing some work on the airplane, I put it on sleep mode for the remainder of the 8-hour flight. When I landed the battery was drained, so I plugged the laptop in and restarted the laptop. However, it’s not extremely slow - it takes 5-6 minutes to get to the login page and every action takes 30-60 seconds; also, whenever I open a new application, Norton advises me that a high CPU usage has been triggered.I restarted it twice and I saw no improvements. I am now resetting it - it’s been 3 hours and it’s 83% done.Question: wil
