After installing windows 11 my computer won’t load.

I am in the process of installing windows 11 on my gaming pc. I watched a couple YT tutorials and followed the steps. After it restarted a couple times while installing it is currently on a black screen with a spinning wheel. I am not sure what to do next. Any help would be great. Thanks!
