After installing Version 24H2 Update KB5048667, my network is gone. I need help retrieving it so that I can connect without a cable.

I installed the Version 24H2 update KB5048667 two nights ago, and now my network has disappeared. I uninstalled the update and restarted, and still no luck. I tried installing the update once again in the hopes that something would be fixed, but nothing has changed. I am currently only able to connect via Ethernet cable. I would appreciate any assistance because this has ruined my night.
