After installing powershell 7: I lost all options on the Windows 11 update page

So I installed powershell 7 and forgot to remove wsus update checkmark, now my windows 11 update page is kinda broken.Most options are missing, and in case I select "Pause for 1 week" I can't even resume updates, without using regedit.How can I restore my page to its defaults?
