I purchased my laptop in December 2023 from a well known UK online seller with windows 11 pro OEM. After the update of 24H2 windows was inactivated. Using cmd: slmgr -dli showed I had a Enterprise windows licence. I could not re-activate windows. I used a generic pro key to get back to Windows Pro.I no longer have the box nor a sticker with key on the laptop.
