After incorrectly moving and then recovering my downloads folder the shortcut in the "This PC" pane still shows the wrong location

While attempting to sync my downloads with OneDrive I forgot to create the new folder and accidentally merged my downloads with OneDrive. Thus, I had no downloads folder and the shortcut for downloads in the "This PC" still had the downloads icon but was called OneDrive and pointed to my OneDrive (C:\users\username\OneDrive). Eventually, I managed to fix the problem by creating a downloads folder and editing the registry to the correct location (C:\users\username\Downloads). However, the downloads shortcut (indicated by the icon) in "This PC" is still called OneDrive and still points to (C:\us
