After I reinstalled Windows 10 a partition (it was bitlocker encrypted) doesn't open and only gives me an option to format

Hi everone As said in the title, after I reinstalled Windows 10 (it was originally windows 11) a partition on my hard drive is visible but unreadable. It doesn't appear with the lock and key icon on the partition and doesn't give me an option to enter the Bitlocker Key (which I have) and only the option to format the partition (I can't cause I need the data)
