After I enabled the secure boot I can't shut down my computer with Start Menu shutdown method

Hello,I updated my BIOS and after that activating secure boot prevents me from shutting down Windows with Start Menu shutdown. I should point out that I am on Windows 11 and that my motherboard is an msi Z490 GAMING PLUS. To shut down I have to use a .bat file which contains the command: shutdown /s /t 0 but for me this is not well because it seems to prevent fast startup. A precision, the command shutdown /s /hybrid /f /t 0 don't work as well.Any solutions? Thanks.
