After i clear my hdd and reboot my pc i stacked in EUFI msi bios i cant open windows

I searched in windows how to recognize my ssd as boot and my hdd as a storage because I just bought a new ssd now the hdd is my boot that detects sata and my SDD that also detects sata but in "NVMe SSD Self test" is not supported and does not show in "fixed boot order priorities".. ...now there is something added to my problem after I follow the instruction in windows I open cmd and I clean my HDD drive after I rebooted the pc and suddenly I went to msi click bios UEFI I'm stuck so I can't open windows and my HDD can't detect "fixed boot order priorities" l
