After having Windows 11 on my computer for a little over a year now, it says "System requirements not met." No matter what I do it won't go away. HELP

I have had my computer for a little over 1 year. When I got it, It installed Windows 11 and I have had it on there ever since. All of a sudden, it says "System requirements not met. Go to settings to learn more." After digging through the internet and Microsoft Support if find this link: Enable TPM 2.0 on your PC - Microsoft Support I come to find out that it is because there is not an enabled TPM( I don't know if I have one or not).
