After Factory reset with clear all data on windows 10, it's still prompting for sign in on my original user, but sign in is impossible, it keeps saying login failed. I saw this solution (below) but I don't have the power option on the log in screen. The physical power button only puts it in hibernate. This is a bug in the Reset process that many people have reported.The only option is to reset Windows again, and if that does not result in a stable operating system, your recovery image is corrupt and then the best option is to clean install Windows10 from a bootable USB, that will also create a
