I performed an online BIOS update on HPE BL620c G7 from I25 05/23/2011 to I25 05/21/2018. The server running on Windows Server 2012 Datacenter. Three days later, the server reboots randomly with Event ID 1001 "The computer has rebooted from a bugcheck.
