I also have this problem with WORD 2010, Excel 2010 and Microsoft Outlook 2010. I get this exact message when trying to print ("The Active Directory Domain Services is currently unavailable"
I have tried to use "HP Support Assistant" and have just today
updated windows with all currently available updates. Why at this time is there still no fix from Microsoft? This seems unbelievable given how long this problem has been going on. Is there a Service Pack that I'm not aware of? I will not buy a new printer
(I have a perfectly operational HP LaserJet 1018 that I just re-loaded with a new laser ink cartridge).
