After 24H2 update, i can no logger position my browsers where I want; Why? Can you fix this for me please?

Hello!After updating windows to 24H2, the Edge browser, along with chrome and brave, all have an issue that was not present in 23H2.Before i updated to 24H2, I was able to drag and place my browser where i wanted it.
