after 24h2 install can not update drivers via nvidia app met with black screen and dlss upscale is broken is there a fix?

after installing 24h2 i can't update the Nvidia driver via the Nvidia app goes to black screen and does not come back.Installed drivers manualy ,that works.Then ingame i can no longer use DLSS upscale from 1080p to 1440p in any game,it will just freeze.Native 1080p works fine.i,m using the RTX 3070 TI on AMD Ryzen 7 5800X3D and 32 GB ram.
