Advanced Query Syntax - exclude emails

I have tried numerous combinations of kind: store: NOT etc. without success. All search results as mostly outlook e-mails, which because of their huge number, completely obscure the real results. What should my query look like? I prefer not to use natural language unless that is the only way.

My query is NOT in Outlook. It is in the search box you get when you click the button at the left end of the taskbar.

Nevertheless, the Microsoft professionals in the Where is the Forum For…? Forum said I should ask here. So here I am.

I am trying to AVOID getting results involving emails or anything else in Outlook. I just want files. I tried <searchterm> store:files among many other attempts.

And I still get 2300 results, 90% of them referencing emails, thus making it impossible to identify the real result. I know this is probably not the right place to ask, but this is where I was directed. After studying various explanations of AQS I have tried numerous combinations of kind: store: NOT etc. without success. Perhaps someone could point the way.
