Advanced internet file sharing

Windows file sharing: For many years, I have been able to connect my 5 to 9 computers to a Windows file share network; however, in the last six months, the files have not connected with the file server. I have fixed the file server and a windows 11 laptop and a windows 7 desktop but not this windows 10 desktop. The file server is a windows 11 desktop.I have checked the advanced file sharing, internet (to be sure on the same network) and found that the file server needed to have a box unchecked re requiring a password to enter.
