Advanced Boot Options always appearing

[Windows 7]

I have a laptop running Windows 7 that I have been using for years now. Just recently, when i start it up, instead of doing so normally, an Advanced Boot Options screen pops up. How would I be able to just go to the normal login screen like I used to be able to?Thanks
