Adobe Flash Player does not work when I bring up any radio station or website to listen to...

I have Adobe Flash Player turned on in my Settings, but it informs me in red colored text before I go to Advanced Settings in my Windows 10 that "Windows Features are only available if you are using a Microsoft account." I do have an up-to-date paid Microsoft account. Why then is this happening, why is this not being recognized, and how can I fix this? Thanks.
