I have tried almost every solution found online and in Microsoft.I cannot uninstall apps or perform ANY other function because I cannot login as administrator. This from your website....Click Start, search for Computer Management, and open it.Expand Local Users and Groups, click Users, right-click Administrator in the right pane, and then click Properties.Click to clear the Account is disabled check box, and then click OK."Local users" is NOT available and when I type in an offered solution for that, I am asked to "login in as administrator".
