Many applications I am trying to use are being blocked by my "administrator" "for my protection" I am the administrator of this device I personally bought it I've tried to completely disable windows security I've removed the the net user administrator and I've checked multiple times and I am the only account and my account is to my knowledge not connected to any organization. I do have a google user which is connected to an organization but has no permissions over my computer. This is also when downloading some files which I know are not infected with a virus.
