Administrator access to family sharing account.

My child has been set up as administrator on family sharing account. I do not know how? When i try to log in and change it, it says I'm not the organiser. Which says I am? I tried logging into my sons account to manage it that way. When I log in as him it says he can't do anything as I am the administrator. HELP please. I have tried to delete the entire thing but cant. He cant access or download anything for school as it appears as both settings are screwed up? Super URGENT
