Admin user flashes and wont load but secondary user works fine

Hi on my Lenovo ThinkPad s145-15wl running window 11 home I had a critical system fault witch presented my with a blue screen and aqr code that I didn't have any way of reading. When I restarted the laptop the main singn in page works fine but when I singn in to the account that I i was using when the system fault happened(the admin account). The desktop flashes with the mouse cursor showing the loading circle, with no taskbar. I cannot click on any i cons on the desktop or open any programs via shortcuts.
