Admin account overruled by copy of my windows account and inaccessible

I have no idea what the issue is, but after adding a new device to my Microsoft account, my old device suddenly had an extra user to my name, on top of the old admin user name in that same device.The original admin account of my old laptop is in accessible. The system alert literally says 'something strange happened and my pincode cant be used. My fingerprint recognition had also disappeared and it does not accept my password either. its locked. I can only log in as a guest via de copy account that suddenly appeared, but i cant access my original workspace where all my former files are stored
