additional language in the keyboard layout

hi,I found that there is an additional language (AFR) in the keyboard layout, which I never installed. I checked the settings under more keyboard settings but only two languages shown, not three as shown in the keyboard layout. I went to more keyboard settings to add the language and uninstalled it. It keeps coming back after turning on the device or restarting it. How can I prevent it from coming back?
