Adding YubiKeys to a Microsoft account is BUGGY with Windows 10 Pro == BUG REPORT

Yubi Keys used:2 x YubiKey 5C NFC Firmware version 5.4.32 x YubiKey 5C NFC Firmware version 5.7.12 x YubiKey BIO - FIDO Edition Firmware version 5.6.3Response is the same with all of these YubiKeysThis issue does not occur using Windows 11 Pro with multiple browsers.1 Windows 11 Pro PC (Version 24H2) (OS build 26100.2605) w/Windows Feature Experience Pack 1000.26100.36.0I have this issue with Windows 10 Pro across multiple machines and browsers.2 Windows 10 Pro PCs with different hardware the same software (Version 22H2), (OS build 19045.5247) w/(Windows Feature Experience Pack 1000.19060.1000
