Adding second device with Win11 for a family member

Hello. One of my kids got a new PC with Win11. The kid logged with Microsoft account and has user (not admin) permissions on this PC. When the kid logs into microsoft account in browser and looks at the devices - there are 3 devices there (all to which he ever logged in), including the new Win11 PC. However in Microsoft Family Safety web console and mobile app the parent can only see one device for him. Not the one he is currently using. Even after 3 hours.How to make the new PC appear in parent's Family Safety app and be able to set limits for it?
