Add to Favourites - The Parameter is incorrect.

Right Click > Add to Quick Access - The Parameter is incorrect.Right Click > Add to Favourites - The Parameter is incorrect.This is with any File or Folder, in any location. I can get around the Quick Access problem by simply dragging and dropping the folder into position rather than Right Clicking, but sadly that doesn't work for Favourites.Neither can I remove existing Favourites from the home folder. I recently moved a fil to a new location and can no longer remove it from Favourites.As I said, I've already done all the health checks via the command line before coming here. No errors
