I send quite a few emails on a daily basis but don't want don't want to turn on "request a read receipt" for every email I send. It was easy enough to add the option of "request read receipt" to the main menu of a new email after I pop it out but I'm not given the option to add "request read a receipt" to the main menu of Outlook. When I code to selected a item to put into the new group the option is there, I even went so far as adding a tracking group to the main menu but even then I can add "request a read receipt" or "request a delivery receipt" to the main menu of outlook 365? I feel there has to be a way to do that I just can't find it.
