Add a finger not working after Windows 11 update

I have a brand new ASUS Vivobook with Windows 11. I have it completely setup and everything was working fine. I was using the fingerprint reader to sign on and that was working fine. Then I upgraded to Windows 11 version 10.0.22631 and the fingerprint sign in no longer works. I go to Setting Set up another finger and click on Add a finger. Get the Welcome to Windows Hello window and click on Get Started. Get a Windows Hello Setup window and it is blank and nothing happens.
