Apologies if I am not posting in the correct forum...MS sent me here in the hope that someone could help.
We have 2 physical servers running VMs including:
Exchange Server (DC) on W2008R2
Secondary DC on Win2012 R2 server
The PDC runs DNS and DHCP, the 2012 server acts as secondary DC and DNS
Recently, lots of users have been receiving the message...
“Trust Relationship between this computer and the primary domain failed…”
Also, network shares have disappeared and PCs keep having to be rebooted to restore these. Sometimes it works, sometimes, not.
Also, various error logs on Exchange Server event viewer relating to replication problems and DNS issues.
I am hoping that someone will be able to give me some help resolving this. I am not sure where to start.
Providing users log on to the secondary DC, their shares are available. If I force them to log on to the PDC by shutting down the secondary DC, they are unable to access their network shares.
Any assistance would be gratefully received.
Thanks
