My computer crashed. I have a product key and my 2013 Office 2013 Professional Plus disk. When I go to activate the license it reads:
Your copy of Microsoft Office Professional Plus 2013 cannot be activated because the specified Product Key has already been activated the maximum number of times permitted for your software license...
When I tried the telephone activation, it states it is no longer supported. The support people at Microsoft took me to programs and clicked change to do something, but it only gives option to repair.
How do I increase activation so I can use this disk and product code on my new computer?
