Hello, I'm experiencing an issue activating Windows 10 on my device, and I hope you can assist me. I entered my product key during installation, but it’s not being accepted, and I'm receiving an error message that says, "[Insert the exact error code/message here, if available]." I’m not the original owner of this Windows key, as I acquired the device (or key) second-hand. However, I understand that the product key should still work for Windows 10.
