Activation of Windows 11 Pro for workstation

My current PC is running on a purchased retail version of Windows 11 Pro for Workstations purchased from the Microsoft Store. Recently, I had to install a new hard drive on this system, and now it will not allow me to activate Windows. I have a digital license from the Microsoft Store. Please, any help is greatly appreciated. I have been on the call for 5 hours today, and no one will answer.
