Hello,I am frustrated. I purchased Win11Pro on June 3,2023. I reached out to tech support to find out just that i need to write in the community. This is my issue. I cannot activate my copy of windows because the activation window is not working. Please is there a tech who can help me with this? 3 months to reach a tech agent is very upsetting. Please HELP. I get the error code 0xC004F213. I click troubleshoot and the window says: unable to activate windows. My microsoft account cannot be found (strange i am using it to contact you guys here).
