TLDR: Can't activate Windows 10 Pro after hardware change (HDD to SDD) on a laptop that came without an operating system, but I got the free Windows 10 Pro (as a digital licence) from 2015 when it was being given away to everyone.As the title says, I cannot get Windows 10 Pro to activate after I changed my HDD to a new SSD. The HDD still works fine so when I install the HDD back to the laptop, Windows is still activated. I have made sure I connected my Microsoft account to the old Windows installation before installing the SSD, so that I can carry it over to the new installation. I do not poss
