Activation error after running Windows Update

Hey there,I've just updated Windows and after the reboot Windows tells me that "Windows reported that not product key was found on your device. Error code: 0xC004F213".I have changed a lot of my hardware last year (new Mainbord, CPU etc) but up until the update everything was OK and Windows was activated. I've also updated my Windows version from 10 to 11 last year, that was also flawless and no issues there. So something fishy must've happened during that update. When I click the "I changed hardware on this device recently" it shows me my old Laptop and 2 other Computer Names I don't recogniz
