Activating Windows Failed

[Windows 10]

Hi, bought a new licence, arrived sealed and had to scratch to reveal the key. Cannot activate please assist. I have tried the troubleshooter, I have tried installing with the Windows 10 Pro Disc as well as upgrading to Windows 11 Pro.
